    Updating Â鶹ÊÓƵ’s Resource and Identity Management System.
    User Impact: Access to Activation, Self Service and RMS Admin will be intermittent during this period.

    Updating eHR.
    User Impact:
    • eHR and all related functions will be down during this outage. (Production down 5:00pm - 8:00pm)
    •  All non-production environments will be down briefly during the window.

    Updating ADS Java apps server.

    Applying assorted fixes and features to Adobe AEM.
    User Impact: AEM author production needs to be restarted between 6:30 am and 8:00 am.  won't be affected.

    Upgrading OneCard system.
    User Impact: POS devices (including Food service CloudPOS) will be offline

    Updating Stat database.
    User Impact: Stat and all related functions with be down from 8:00 am to 2:00 pm.

    User Impact: Users will not be able to lauch ANSYS during the update.

    User Impact: eHR and all related functions will be down during this outage.

    Updating database servers.
    User Impact: Coldfusion and other cfprod applications will not be available.

    Updating CAS.
    User Impact: Access to CAS maybe intermittent during this period.

    Updating CATIA.
    User Impact: Users will not be able to launch the application.
  • Friday, August 23, 6:00 a.m. to 7:00 a.m. - completed
    Renewing wireless certificates.
    User Impact: No user impact except that users may be prompted to accept the new certificate when reconnecting or initially connecting to the Â鶹ÊÓƵ wireless, this will depend on the type of device they have an if they have already been connected.

    Upgrading network in TRS - 1st floor.
    User Impact: All network devices on TRS - 1st floor will be disconnected.
